COVID-19 Safety Precautions for your Pet's Visit
To protect our clients and team members, we have enabled TEXT MESSAGING for Curbside Check-in. The number to Text us is different than our main number and is a way to reach our front desk from our parking lot during your pet's visit to our hospital.

Please Include your Pet's name, Parking location, and Vehicle Color & Model in the Text.
Once you have checked in via Text Message, a team member will come out to your car to speak with you and retrieve your pet.
Once your pet is in the hospital the doctor or technician will keep you updated through your mobile phone so we ask that you keep your phone turned on and are available to receive the call(s)
CDC guidelines recommend and depending on where you travel, local ordinances may require that everyone wear a mask when out in public. Our veterinary teams require that all clients follow these regulatory and recommended guidelines while we do everything possible to stay healthy and available to continue to provide emergency care for our patients. Credit cards are the safest form of payment given the COVID-19 situation. We will accept cash and checks if you are not able to provide a credit card. We appreciate your support during this time.
