How do I Edit my Contact Information in the Client Portal?

Edit My Contact Information.

Change your mailing address or phone number in the Client Portal and it will update automatically in your pet's chart. 

1.  Log in to the Client Portal

2.  In the Sidebar, Click My Details                                                               

• A window will open showing your contact details.  

3.  Make any necessary changes here

4.  Be Sure to Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page!
