- You need to know your password to change it. If you have forgotten your password, please submit a support ticket
Can I change my username?

- There is ONE username issued automatically through rVetlink for each practice. We cannot change a username.

- No, but you can submit a referral through the portal, and we will attempt to contact your client to schedule the appointment.

Do I need a new password for a different Ethos database?

- Yes, each database reflects the patients and hospitals in it only. If you need to log into a new ezyVet database for a location, the customer will need to log into that location in rVetLink to see those records
