What Can a Pet Owner Do on the Client Portal?
- View your pet's upcoming appointments, even appointments with our specialists.
- View your pet's vaccine information and due dates
- Access your past billing invoices
- Access your pet's discharge instructions (coming soon)
- Edit your contact information. Change your mailing address or phone number in the Client Portal and it will update automatically in your pet's chart.
- Request a medication refill from our pharmacy. (Refills must be remaining)
- View or download your pet's medical records at any time for pet insurance or specialty visits or print your vaccine certificates for daycare or grooming without ever having to call us!
How does a Pet Owner sign up for the Client Portal?
- Click Here
- Click on First Time Logging In, Sign up Here
- Enter your information and create your password
Or perform the following steps...
- Visit our website: www.ethosvet.com
- Select the hospital location you visit from the Our Hospitals menu at the top left of the webpage
- Under the For your Pet menu, select Client Portal
- Click on First Time Logging In, Sign up Here
- Enter your information and create your password
Does my pet have to have been seen first to sign up for the portal?
- No, by signing up for the Client Portal, you can create an account at our hospital.
How to reset your password?
- Select the Forgot my Password option at the login screen.
- A password reset link will be emailed to you. (Please be sure to check your spam filters)
- Login to your email and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
View your Pet's Appointments. View future appointments or see past visits
- Log into the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click My Appointments
- A window will open showing a list of Appointments
Print your Pet's Vaccine Information and Vaccine Expiration Dates
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click Documents
- A window will open showing a list of Available Documents.
- To Select the Vaccine Certificate, Click Download
View your Pet's Vaccine Information and Upcoming Vaccine Expiration Dates
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click Stand of Care
- A window will open showing Vaccines for any General Practice Pet in your account.
To See a List of All Vaccines Ever Given
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click Vaccinations
- A window will open showing ALL Vaccines ever given.
Access your Past Billing Invoices
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click My Invoices
- A window will open showing past invoices.

To Print an Invoice, Click Download
Request a Medication Refill from our Pharmacy. (Refills must be remaining and the medication must have been prescribed and filled at our pharmacy)
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click Medications
- A window will open showing a list of all medications prescribed.
- If there are refills remaining, you will be able to click the Request Refill icon
- The medication refill request will be sent to the prescribing doctor.
- (Please allow 24 hours for processing refill requests).
Edit your Contact Information. Change your mailing address or phone number in the Client Portal and it will update automatically in your pet's chart.
- Log into the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click My Details
- A window will open showing your contact details.
- Make any necessary changes here
- Be Sure to Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page!
View or Print your Pet’s Records You are able to view your pet's vaccine record but will need to request any medical records or clinical summaries by clicking the link below and submitting your request to our client care team.
For Vaccines:

- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click Documents
- A window will open showing a list of Available Documents.
- To Select the Vaccine Certificate, Click Download
For all other Medical Records:
- Please Click Here to request your pet's medical records or clinical summaries. These are not available on the Client Portal.
