What Can a Pet Owner Do in the Client Portal?
- Book an appointment (Urgent Care locations only)
- View your pet's past and future appointments
- Edit your contact information.
- Change your mailing address or phone number in the Client Portal and it will update automatically in your pet's chart.
- Access your past invoices
- Access your pet's discharge instructions (Coming Soon)
How does a Pet Owner sign up for the Client Portal?
- Select the clinic location to open the landing page.
- Click on First Time Logging In, Sign up Here
- Enter your information and create your password
- Log into the portal and add your patients.
Does my pet have to have been seen first to sign up for the portal?
- No, by signing up for the Client Portal, you can create an account and then schedule an appointment with Urgent Care for your pet.
How do I reset my password to the Client Portal?
- Select the Forgot my Password option on the login screen.
- A password reset link will be emailed to you. (Please be sure to check your spam filters)
- Login to your email and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
View your Pet's Appointments. View future appointments or see past visits
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click My Appointments
- A window will open showing a list of Appointments
Access your Past Billing Invoices
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click My Invoices
- A window will open showing past invoices.

To Print an Invoice, Click Download
Edit your Contact Information. Change your mailing address or phone number in the Client Portal and it will update automatically in your pet's chart.
- Log in to the Client Portal
- In the Sidebar, Click My Details
- A window will open showing your contact details.
- Make any necessary changes here
- Be Sure to Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page!
What if I need to change the email address I originally used to log in?
- We can help you with that. Just let us know. Click Here
My pet is a patient of your Urgent Care and your Specialty Hospital nearby. Why can't I see my pet's record in one portal for both locations?
- Our Urgent Care clinics operate on a different database than our ER & Specialty hospitals do. For this reason, if your pet is a patient at both Urgent Care and our ER/Specialty hospital, you will need to create login credentials for each.
