How do I Reset my Password to the Client Portal?
1. Click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Click RESET
4. A password reset link will be emailed to you. (Please be sure to check your spam filters)
5. Login to your email and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
The Password Reset has to be approved by staff in the hospital. It may take time to receive a password confirmation. Contact the hospital if you need additional assistance.
